Nikki Howson

Nikki Howson is a Reward Advisor at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since September 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) from June 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading the development of the People pages on the SharePoint intranet, managing internal communications, and launching employee surveys. Prior to NWG, Nikki held various HR roles at KBS Albion and Jimmy Choo, focusing on employee relations, policy coordination, and HR administration across retail stores in the UK and EMEA. Nikki holds a Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Sunderland College and a Combined Honours degree in French and Management from Newcastle University.
