Otis Graham

Otis Graham is a Grade 7 barrister at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Government Legal Department, specializing in animal disease control, enforcement of animal health and welfare offenses, and SPS import control reform since December 2022. Previously, Otis held roles focusing on insolvency, property, and commercial chancery work from October 2019 to September 2021, and gained experience as a pupil barrister at Maitland Chambers. Educational qualifications include an LLM from UCL, a BPTC with Outstanding from The University of Law, and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford. Additional earlier roles include legal advocacy support and social policy research.
