Swati Utkarshini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economics and international negotiations. Currently serving as the Head of International Environment Negotiations Evidence at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since July 2018, Swati has also led global trade analysis for Free Trade Agreement negotiations and provided economic advisory during the EU exit process. Prior roles include Senior Associate in Economics at PwC and Associate Economist at Strategy&. Swati co-founded the LSE SU Young Leaders Society and held various internships, including positions at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. Swati holds a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Economics, both from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
