Tom Lewis is an accomplished policy lead at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, with extensive experience in agricultural and environmental management since 1998. Currently focused on leading the Farming and Countryside programme for Carbon Audits and overseeing the development of electronic identification for livestock, Tom has also served as the lead for sustainable farming incentive policy and head of various programs at Natural England, including water management and countryside stewardship development. Prior experience includes managing coastal access initiatives and providing consultancy on livestock production. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Newcastle University.
