Yuliya Kosharevska

Yuliya Kosharevska is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Deputy Head of Digital Communications at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since March 2020. Yuliya co-founded and leads Treatment without Borders, a Bulgarian NGO dedicated to assisting Bulgarians in accessing medical treatment abroad, and has maintained a role as a freelance journalist for Study Abroad Magazine, focusing on the UK higher education sector. Previous positions include Director at The Bristol Cable, Communications and Content Executive at HFMA, and various roles across multiple organizations, showcasing expertise in digital engagement, social media strategy, and content management. Yuliya's educational background includes an MSc in Public Policy from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of the West of England.
