Kiran Soin has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. From 1992 to 1995, they worked as a Software Engineer at DOT, Chandigarh, where they developed a utility for automating the creation of setup disks and patch files. From 1995 to 1998, they worked as a Freelance Software Engineer at Granz Consulting, where they successfully implemented software applications for General Trading Companies in Dubai. From 1999 to 2004, they served as a Technical Lead at Motorola Corporation, overseeing the redesign and implementation of the Premier MDC product. In 2007, they joined DEFTeam Solutions Private Limited as the Director of Delivery, managing the development team and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2016, they co-founded UPRAiZAL, contributing to the company's global strategy and managing the IT development team. Later, in 2018, they assumed the role of Chief Delivery Officer at DEFTeam Solutions, providing leadership and guiding the team in technology areas such as IoT, analytics, and mobile application development.
From 1988 to 1992, Kiran Soin attended Rajasthan University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management.
