Megan Bushell Wehrle

Megan Bushell Wehrle has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Megan co-founded DEFY in 2018 and has held positions of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they served as the President of Strategic Partnerships for Direct Sports Network, where they played a key role in expanding the network's partnerships in the sports industry. Megan also has experience as a lead singer for the Rembrandt Band and as an Executive External Relations Consultant for Los Angeles Universal Preschool. Megan has held roles such as Business Development Manager at Secret Road Music Services and Graduate Assistant at Pepperdine University. Earlier in their career, they worked as an MBA Intern at Fanscape and served as Miss Kansas in the Miss America Organization, where they successfully negotiated strategic corporate partnerships.

Megan Bushell Wehrle holds an MBA degree in Business & Marketing from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA & BM degree in Entrepreneurship & Music Business from Wichita State University.
