Natalina Singh

Natalina Singh has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being as the Head of Human Resources (Services) at Defy Appliances starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held various HR positions at Stefanutti Stocks Coastal, including Head of HR Coastal, HR Director, and HR Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing HR strategies, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve business goals. Before joining Stefanutti Stocks Coastal, Natalina worked as an HR Manager at Amalgamated Beverage Industries, where they implemented a comprehensive HR strategy and mentored the leadership team.

Natalina Singh's education history includes a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Natal - Durban, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Natalina then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (Honours) from the same university, completing it from 2003 to 2004. Later on, Natalina obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.

In 2009, they completed the Management Development Programme in Business Administration and Management at the University of Cape Town. In 2013, Natalina obtained the Professional Registration as HR Professional from SABPP.

Most recently, in 2021, they attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they completed the Executive Leadership Programme in the field of leadership. In addition to their academic qualifications, Natalina also obtained the Chartered HR Professional certification from SABPP in July 2022.
