Emily Buckley

Emily Buckley has worked for several companies in various roles over the past few years. Emily started their most recent position as a Project Coordinator of Operations at Defy Security in September 2022. Prior to that, they were with GrowTal, where they held the position of Senior Community and Operations Manager from May to July 2022, and Community and Operations Manager from May 2021 to May 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Community and Operations Manager at Playbook Media from May 2021 to July 2022. Emily also has experience in the field of design and marketing, having worked as a Design & Marketing Associate for SDSU Press from September to December 2020, and as an editor for SDSU Press from August to December 2020. Before their time at SDSU Press, they held the role of Co-Editor in Chief for pacificREVIEW: a west coast arts review annual from August 2019 to May 2020, and worked as an intern for SDSU Press from August 2019 to March 2020.

Emily Buckley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Language, Culture, and Society from San Diego State University. Emily completed their studies between 2017 and 2021.
