Imge Su Cetin

Imge Su Cetin has a diverse work experience, beginning with an internship as a Business Analyst Intern at the British Council in 2013. Imge Su then worked as a United Nation/Bilkent University Research Analyst for the United Nations in 2017. In 2019, they were a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of California San Diego, as well as a Researcher at the Deep Decarbonization Initiative (D2I). In 2020, they were a Data Scientist at IOM - UN Migration. Most recently, they are the Founder and CEO at Defy Trends, where they are also the Lead Data Scientist. Defy Trends is a simplified, all-in-one 'Bloomberg Terminal' for crypto that helps investors unlock alpha without needing to consult multiple different data providers.

Imge Su Cetin completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bilkent University between 2013 and 2017. Imge Su then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Data Science from UC San Diego between 2018 and 2020, as well as a Master's Degree in Quantitive Methods Econometrics from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS) during the same period.
