Teddy also contributes to Defy Ventures as an Entrepreneur in Training, aiding those with felony histories in securing employment and launching businesses. With a strong background in the arts, Teddy has been an Executive Producer at Minority Rules Productions since 1990, producing plays, films, reality series, and authoring multiple books. Additionally, Teddy possesses expertise in restaurant consulting, assisting establishments in obtaining necessary permits. Educational qualifications include a diploma and an AA degree from Minneapolis Community College, along with entrepreneurial studies from Defy Ventures.
