Stephanie F. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the FinTech and payments sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the ThinkTECH Accelerator at ICBA since 2023, Stephanie also contributes to Defynance as an Advisory Board Member. Previous roles include Chief Administrative Officer at XY Planning Network, and significant positions at Finastra and Fiserv, where responsibilities encompassed product management and driving innovation in financial services. A strong advocate for female leadership, Stephanie has been active with Wnet and the Atlanta Innovation Forum, promoting women in technology. Stephanie's career originated at Western Union, where a series of progressively responsible roles culminated in senior product management. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Barry University and an Executive MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University.
