Nicholas Moy

Nicholas Moy is a Senior Technical Alignment Manager at Dega Systems since June 2019, responsible for planning and remediating clients’ critical systems to meet security and management standards, and for reorganizing over 15 audit standards for client alignment assessments. Prior experience includes roles as a Remote Operations Center Engineer, managing over 20 tickets daily across 32 organizations, and as a Technical Support Representative at Agilant Solutions, Inc., providing timely resolutions to customer issues. Additional experience encompasses a stint as a WordPress Developer at One EPIC Place, where Nicholas improved business efficiency through website enhancements, and a Service Desk Technician at SUNY New Paltz, diagnosing and documenting computer issues. A background in labor law compliance was gained through an internship at the NYC School Construction Authority. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY New Paltz.
