Alan Roberts

Alan Roberts is an Associate Principal at Degenkolb Engineers, where experience spans from October 2010 to the present, including roles as Associate and Designer. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin from July 2009 to January 2011, focusing on structural analysis and wood member design. Alan's earlier internships include positions at R.E. Monks, CASCO Diversified Corporation, and Pulte Homes, where skills in estimating, structural analysis, and land development were developed. Alan holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
