Deena Weiner Widran

Deena Weiner Widran, AIA, serves as the Regional Director of Business Development for Southern California at Degenkolb Engineers, overseeing client relationships and strategic project management within a full-service structural and seismic engineering firm since January 2014. Prior to this role, Deena held positions such as Business Development Manager for the Los Angeles and San Diego offices of an earthquake and structural engineering firm and Regional Marketing Manager at Fuscoe Engineering. Deena's architectural experience includes serving as a Senior Associate Project Manager at Caldwell Architects, where multiple public client projects were managed, and as Chief of Design at Trend Tech, Inc./Caltech Service Corp., leading a team for Los Angeles Air Force Base maintenance contracts. Deena also gained foundational experience as a Designer and Intern at various firms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Art from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago.
