Alexander Slotty

Alexander Slotty currently serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Sondervermögen für Daseinsvorsorge des Landes Berlin, Liegenschaftsfonds Berlin GmbH & Co. KG, and HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH. In addition, Alexander Slotty holds positions as a Supervisory Board member at Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH and degewo AG. Since December 2021, Alexander Slotty has been the Secretary of State for Construction and Chief of Department at Land Berlin, also having served as Secretary of State for Education. Leadership experience includes chairing the Conference of Chief Executives of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs in Germany from January to April 2023, and previously being a Board member at the Federal Association of Employers in the Nursing Sector and serving as Managing Director at Dienstleistungsgesellschaft der Volkssolidarität Berlin mbH and PARITÄTISCHES Seniorenwohnen gemeinnützige GmbH. Alexander Slotty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and completed vocational training in business at Berufsbildende Schule III Mainz.
