Michalina Lisiecki has extensive experience in process management and optimization, currently serving as Prozessmanager Organisationsentwicklung at degewo AG since June 2022. Previously, Michalina held the position of Business Process Manager at Berlin Brands Group from January 2020 to May 2022, focusing on enhancing business processes and implementing analytical methods. Earlier roles include Junior Process Engineer at Zalando Customer Care DACH SE & Co. KG, where responsibilities included standardizing customer care processes and troubleshooting technical issues, as well as internships at Deutsche Gesellschaft e.V. and Polnisches Institut. Michalina holds a Master of Arts in Kulturen Mittel- und Osteuropas from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Slawische Sprachen und Literaturen from the same university.
