Sara Silva Zinzani has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Sara is currently working at Degreed as a Client Success Director, responsible for ensuring successful projects and client satisfaction. Prior to joining Degreed, they worked at Cornerstone OnDemand as a Client Success Manager and later as a Marketing & Alliance Channel Manager. In these roles, they managed a significant number of clients and was responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies. Before that, they worked at Essence-RH Essência e Valores Humanos as a Sales, Marketing, and Services Manager, where they played a crucial role in establishing and implementing business processes. Sara'stenure at TOTVS as a Learning Specialist involved managing e-learning and human resources processes for various clients. Sara began their career at SoftExpert Software for Excellence as a Business Analyst.

Sara obtained a GED in Digital Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2018. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Marketing from INPG Business School from 2010 to 2012. Sara holds a degree in Production Engineering, which they obtained from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, graduating between 2003 and 2008.
