Jeff Hyman started their career at Swank Motion Pictures in 1993 as an Account Executive. Jeff then moved on to Auburn Moon Agency in 1997, where they served as Vice President until 2010. In the same year, they joined Degy Entertainment as the Vice President and Senior Agent/General Manager, holding these roles up to the present.
Jeff Hyman earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania from 1987 to 1991. Jeff then pursued a Master's in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1992. Prior to their collegiate education, Jeff obtained a Diploma from Randallstown High School between 1985 and 1987.

Degy Booking International, Inc., the booking arm of Degy Entertainment, launched on September 1, 2001, and quickly grew to a client base of nearly 100 music acts. Over time, the company developed specialties in the college and military booking fields, and became one of the most prominent agencies in the world for such niche bookings. The company now books over 2000 events each year around the world while working with some of the biggest names in the entertainment business.
