Ritu Raj

Ritu Raj is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Supply Chain (Omnichannel) at Milkbasket since May 2021, Ritu previously held the position of Regional Manager for Operations & Fulfillment at peel-works, where responsibilities included planning and overseeing fulfillment operations in North India. Ritu's career also includes significant roles at Udaan.com, where focus was on driving business growth and cost efficiencies in supply chain activities, and at Reliance Retail, where Ritu conceptualized omni-channel strategies and established Control Tower Operations. Earlier experience includes management positions at Cafe Coffee Day, overseeing operations with a large team. Ritu holds an Executive Development Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur and a degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa.
