Kimberly Ratcliff

Kimberly Ratcliff is a legal professional with extensive experience in toxic tort defense, currently serving as a Partner at DeHay & Elliston since October 2002. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked for the State of Arkansas from July 1994 to September 2002 in various positions, including Assistant Prosecutor Coordinator and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, where responsibilities included conducting research, training, and prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases. Kimberly earned a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law between 1991 and 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish from Lambuth University from 1986 to 1990.
