Ben Jansen is the founder and managing director of Déhora Consultancy Group, which has been a leader in Workforce planning and management across Europe since 1987. In addition to their role at Déhora, Jansen is the founder and chairman of Stichting Time Design, established in 2009. Jansen's academic background includes a doctorate in social sciences from the University of Amsterdam, where studies were completed from 1972 to 1978, as well as an engineering degree in electrical engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Prior to founding Déhora, Jansen served as a lecturer and researcher at the University of Amsterdam from April 1978 to September 1987.
