Ioana Filip

Ioana Filip has a robust background in recruitment, training, and sales management. Currently serving as the Recruitment and Training Manager and formerly as Sales Coordination Manager at Deichmann since June 2008, Ioana has developed extensive expertise in personnel development and sales strategies. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at Oracle from September 2007 to June 2008 and serving as Assistant to the CEO at Asirom - Vienna Insurance Group from August 2005 to August 2007. Ioana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Innovations and Business Management from Westfälische Hochschule Gelsenkirchen/Academia de Studii Economice Bucuresti (2007-2009) and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media and Advertising with a focus on Communication and Public Relations from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA, 2003-2007).
