Dave Penney

Dave Penney is a Technical Director of Research & Innovation at Deighton Associates Limited since November 1997. Dave previously held positions as Director Product Development and Lead Software Developer within the company. Dave also served as Head Coach at CZHA from 2012 to 2014. Dave graduated from CDI College in 1998 with an Associate's degree in Computer Science. In their role as Lead Software Developer, Dave is responsible for managing all aspects of Application Life cycle Management (ALM) and mentoring other developers to deliver high-quality products.
