Shaun Williams

Shaun Williams began their work experience in 2018 as a Group Industrial Relations Specialist at HomeChoice. They held this position from December 2018 to March 2020. In 2021, Shaun joined HomeChoice again but in a different role as the Head of HR: Operations. They worked in this position from September 2021 to July 2023. Currently, Shaun is the Head of People Operations at Deimos, a position they started in July 2023.

Shaun Williams completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Adcorp Learning Solutions in 2009-2010. In 1998-2000, they earned a National Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Additionally, Shaun has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Jeff Weiner on Managing Compassionately", "Time Management: Working from Home", "Building Resilience", and "Tips for Working Remotely" in 2020.
