Elke Rössler-Ebeling has a diverse and extensive work experience. Elke started their career as an Outplacement Beraterin at COUTTS Outplacement Deutschland GmbH in 1994. Elke then worked as an Outplacement-Beraterin in Berlin at ibis acam partner GmbH from March 1995 to June 1995. Elke continued their career at ibis acam holding GmbH & Co.KG as the Personalleiterin und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung der Unternehmensgruppe from January 1998 to August 2000.
From 2000 to 2010, Elke worked at Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH in various roles, including Senior Consultant Executive Search and Partner. Elke'sresponsibilities included acquisition, consultation, and management of projects in the field of executive search, with expertise in industries such as machinery and plant engineering, energy/renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, trade, and construction. Elke also handled international projects and had profit center and personnel responsibilities.
Elke joined Delta Management Consultants GmbH in November 2016 as Geschäftsführerin, where they were responsible for HR and marketing, acquisition and management of consulting mandates for executive positions, and team leadership. Elke left the company in December 2017.
From February 2018 to August 2020, Elke worked as a Partner at InterSearch and InterSearch Executive Consultants GmbH & Co. KG. In their role, they led the global practice group Industry, handling acquisitions, consultations, and project management for executive positions and specialists in industries such as machinery and plant engineering, energy, construction, and consumer goods.
Currently, Elke is working as the Geschäftsführerin/Managing Director at DEININGER CONSULTING, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Partner at DEININGER CONSULTING from September 2020 to January 2021.
