Prior to that, Philipp held significant positions at Korn Ferry as Sector Leader Automotive EMEA and ZRG Partners, LLC as Country Manager for Germany, where strategic client acquisition and team leadership were pivotal. Experience also includes a partnership at CTPartners and various roles at Gemini Executive Search GmbH, leading up to its insolvency. Philipp's background further encompasses a robust tenure at Korn Ferry as a Senior Associate as well as earlier work as a Research Analyst at DEININGER CONSULTING. Education includes a qualification in Human Resources from November 2020 to June 2021 and degrees from Goethe University Frankfurt and Uni Passau.
