Ilanit Goren

Ilanit Goren has worked in a variety of roles over the past 20 years. In 2000, they began their career as a Flight Attendant for El Al Airlines. In 2002, they were Store Manager for Inditex (Zara Fashion Company) and Store Manager - Eaton Centre, Toronto. From 2010 to 2017, Ilanit was District Sales Manager for the Magnolia Silver Jewellery Group, where they led, trained, and mentored teams to deliver sales excellence and customer satisfaction. In 2017, they became Operations Manager for Brand Momentum, where they were part of a team that developed, launched, and managed a new U.S. lifestyle retail brand in Canada. From 2018 to 2021, Ilanit was Manager of Retail Training and Recruitment for Laline. Most recently, they have been working as Sales Manager for Dejavoo Systems.

Ilanit Goren obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2001, majoring in French Language and Literature. Ilanit then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, graduating in 2008 with a degree in Communication, General.
