Kim Denise Berg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and financial sectors. Since April 2019, Kim has served as Fondsmanagerin Immobilien Dachfonds and Vertriebsmanagerin Institutionelle Kunden at Deka Immobilien. Previously, from March 2016 to March 2019, Kim worked at DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale in various roles, including Vertriebssteuerung Institutionelle Kunden, and completed a traineeship in Personal und Organisation. Prior experience includes an internship at Opel, where Kim focused on developing a new environmental communication strategy, and a dual study program at Allianz, emphasizing customer support and claims processing. Kim holds a Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst degree from IREBS Immobilienakademie GmbH, a Master of Arts in Umwelt- und Betriebswirtschaft from Hochschule Trier, and a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University. Additionally, Kim completed a semester abroad in Economics at Dalarna University.
