Maxime Adames is an experienced professional in the field of asset and property management, currently serving as Technischer Asset Manager at Deka Immobilien since September 2021. Prior roles include Technischer Asset Manager at PATRIZIA Deutschland from November 2017 to September 2021, and Technischer Property Manager at both Apleona Group and Bilfinger. Maxime began a career as a Facility Manager at WISAG from September 2010 to August 2013. Maxime holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Facility Management from Hochschule Anhalt, completed in 2012.
