Alexandra Richers

Alexandra Richers serves as the Deputy Head of the Executive Board Office and Managing Director at DekaBank since October 2004, overseeing the management of the Supervisory Board and its committees, while advocating for regulatory and governmental affairs. Richers possesses a deep understanding of prudential regulation and has cultivated a significant political network within EU authorities and various supervisory institutions. With a strong background in corporate governance, leadership, and communication, Richers also has extensive project management and consulting experience. Prior to DekaBank, Richers worked as a Senior Advisor at KPMG Deutschland, focusing on banking and finance, and held a position as a Credit Analyst at PSA Bank Deutschland GmbH. Educational qualifications include an Accelerated Development Programme from London Business School and an MBA from the University of Wales.
