Felix Diaz

Felix Diaz currently serves as the Director of Advanced Technology at Dekker, a forward-looking architecture and design firm, where responsibilities include designing and leading technology strategies that integrate AI, 3D printing, digital twins, and advanced data science into AEC practices. Previously, at Control Design, Inc., Felix held the position of Director of Operations, Sales, and Marketing, focusing on implementing standard operating procedures that fostered a people-first culture and doubled revenue annually. As a Research and Development Engineering Lead at BD, Felix created an automated software deployment system that significantly reduced costs and developed advanced software for molecular diagnostic instruments. Additionally, at a York, Pennsylvania robotics start-up, Felix functioned as Project Manager and Community Outreach Director, enhancing local investment and revitalizing economic development initiatives. Felix holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Philosophy from York College of Pennsylvania.
