Emily Allen

Emily serves as chief financial officer and principal focused on firmwide strategy and operations. As a licensed interior designer, Emily combines her design background and professional insight to continually advance the firm’s operational and financial performance through budgeting, business process development, systems implementation, and developing people. Her design work has been widely recognized and she is dedicated to community outreach and engagement. Emily is an alumna of, and current foundation board member for the UNM Anderson School of Management. She is also a board member for Viante NM, a grant committee member with the Albuquerque Community Foundation, a past ENR Top Young Professional and a “40 Under Forty” honoree.
