Giovanni Forte

Giovanni Forte serves as an Ispettore ed Esperto Tecnico at DEKRA Italia since April 2024, focusing on the inspection of workshops and personnel seeking certification under the EU Regulation 1244/2021 for quality recognition in vehicle repair and maintenance. Previous roles include Auditor for Hyundai, where compliance with warranty policies was verified, and Auditor for the ecobonus program under the Ministry of Enterprises. Giovanni has also contributed to ISO 17020 accreditation processes at DEKRA TIC Testing and worked as a Horeca instructor and financial advisor at Generali Italia. With extensive experience in the food and beverage sector as an F&B Manager at Q Food & Beverage and maritime roles at Grimaldi Group, Giovanni holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Università degli Studi Niccolò Cusano and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in management systems. Additionally, Giovanni is a certified GSM Retail Auditor for the Volkswagen Group and enhancing English proficiency through The Burlington School of English.
