Mariangela Pozzuto

Mariangela Pozzuto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, learning, and development within various organizations. Currently serving as a Training & Education Specialist at DEKRA Italia since August 2025, Pozzuto previously held roles at AXA Partners, where responsibilities included analyzing training needs, managing learning processes, and overseeing internal communication initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion. At Mylia Advancing Humanity, Pozzuto progressed from HR Training Specialist Assistant to Learning Project Manager, overseeing project delivery and quality assurance for training initiatives. Earlier experiences include roles at The Adecco Group and LAVORINT SPA, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, personnel organization, and employee management. Pozzuto holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from GEMA - Business School and two degrees in Philosophy from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
