Ric Franzi

Ric Franzi is an experienced business partner and author, currently working with Renaissance Executive Forums since 2007, where Ric helps executives in various industries enhance their strategic vision and execution. As a recognized keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, Ric has contributed significantly to the business community through their writing, including three books focused on small business executives. In addition to hosting the Critical Mass Business Talk Show, Ric has served on the board of directors for Dekra-Lite Industries and held advisory roles with Cal Pac Sheet Metal and The Value Builder System. Formerly, Ric has held executive positions in sales and management at Aptiv and other companies, driving revenue growth and business transformation. Ric's educational background includes an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from the University of Pittsburgh.
