Chris-Jan van der Pas has a diverse work experience in roles related to sales and business development in various industries. Chris-Jan started their career in SHOWA EUROPE as an Account Manager, responsible for the customer service department for spare parts. Chris-Jan then moved to Nifco Germany GmbH, where they played a key role in setting up the German market and acquiring new customers. At GRUPO ESTAMPACIONES SABADELL, they served as the Key Account Manager, handling major accounts such as Daimler and VOLVO Trucks. Chris-Jan further expanded their expertise at Applus, where they established a commercial structure for automotive testing services and significantly increased sales. Later, at DEKRA Product Testing & Certification, they worked as a Sales Manager and Business Development Manager for the automotive sector. Chris-Jan joined IDIF s.l Ingeniería I+D+i as a Sales Manager, leading the sales and strategy of the company and introducing new product lines. Currently, they are the Head of Sales and Vice President of Global Accounts at DEKRA, where they are responsible for developing safety solutions with automotive suppliers and managing customer relationships at a global level.
