Laura Medina Escolano

Laura Medina Escolano has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Laura is currently working at DEKRA as the Head of CoE Learning & Development and Vice President of the DEKRA Group. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of IT Strategy, Portfolio & Planning at DEKRA. Before joining DEKRA, Laura worked at Ginkgo Management Consulting as a Consultant in Digitalization & Organizational Change. Laura also served as a Junior Consultant in the same field at Ginkgo. Prior to that, Laura worked at Sycor as a Junior Project Manager and Junior Business Process Consultant CRM. Laura has experience in the food industry as well, having worked as a Sales Agent at Viani Food. Additionally, Laura has hospitality experience from their time at Hotel Traube Tonbach and Le Bristol Paris, where they held various roles including Chef de Rang and Trainee in Food & Beverage.

Laura Medina Escolano holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Unternehmensführung) from The University of Göttingen, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Laura pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Business Management (Double Degree) from The Philipp University of Marburg from 2013 to 2015.
