Pamela Bethune has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the quality management sector. Pamela started their career at American Embassy Algiers as an employee in 1983 and later worked at American Cyanamid as a supervisor from 1989 to 1995. In 1996, they joined TRW Automotive as a Director of Quality/Six Sigma, implementing and managing the Six Sigma program globally. Pamela then worked at Harman as the Director of Quality, where they established a central quality organization and improved the warranty function. From 2004 to 2006, they served as the Director of Quality at JCI, leading quality improvement efforts. Pamela later worked at Faurecia as the Director of Quality from 2006 to 2008. Pamela then joined TUV SUD America as a Lead Auditor and Cottleston Quality Enterprises as a Principal, providing training and consulting services in quality management systems. In 2016, Pamela became self-employed and continued working as a Lead Auditor and Regional Competence Manager in the automotive sector.
Pamela Bethune completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Maryland from 1985 to 1987. Pamela later pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Operations and Human Resources at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1987 to 1989.
