Rikard Wyckman

Rikard Wyckman has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rikard started their career in the Swedish Armed Forces, serving in the Air Force as part of the 3rd Helicopter Squadron. After their military service, Rikard worked as an NDT Engineer at Inspecta and later at FORCE Technology, where they also served as a QA/QC/NDT Engineer and project leader for in-service inspection programs in Nuclear Power Plants.

Rikard then worked as a Quality Manager at Elajo, Intertek, and TÜV NORD Scandinavia, where they gained experience in the Shipping Industry, Pulp & Paper, and Nuclear Power Plants. Rikard also served as a Technical & Quality Manager at ÅF.

In 2010, Rikard joined DEKRA as the Director of Product-/Demand Management, where they bridged the gap between international business needs and technology solutions. Rikard developed and implemented a data unification strategy and platform that aligned with the organization's global objectives.

Additionally, Rikard founded and served as the Head of Blåkulla Swimrun, an annual swimming and running event in Oskarshamn that grew into a well-known race in Sweden. Rikard was also a Board Member at NDT Training Center AB.

Throughout their career, Rikard has demonstrated skills in service development, service excellence, training, compliance, and quality assurance. Rikard has experience leading teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and prioritizing features to successfully launch products and services.

Rikard Wyckman has a degree in Engineer from Södertornskolan, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Rikard also has some education in Elektro- och systemteknik from Kalmar University, where they studied from 1992 to 1993. Additionally, they have some education in Spanish from Universidad de Guadalajara, where they studied in 2001.
