Sarah Lux

Sarah Lux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process management and project consulting. Currently serving as a Process and Project Consultant at DEKRA since May 2020, Sarah holds the role of Global CRM Sales Product Owner and Business Process Manager. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Balluff Worldwide as a Business Process Consultant and held various positions at HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including Program Manager for the advanced analytics program '360 View of the Customer' and Forensic Auditor. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Sarah has successfully managed projects across multiple regions, driven process improvements, and ensured compliance with quality standards. Sarah holds an MSc in Strategic Quality Management from the University of Portsmouth and a BA (Hons) in European Studies from the University of Kent.
