Theresa Kindler

Theresa Kindler has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Most recently, they worked at DEKRA as the Head of Project Management / Internal Sales - Expert Migration Germany, beginning in October 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Key Account Manager - Expert Migration Germany at DEKRA, starting in April 2019.

Before joining DEKRA, Theresa was employed at ICUnet.AG, where they had multiple roles. Theresa served as the Head of Global Consultant Network & Head of Customer Relations and Training Management from May 2016 to August 2018. Theresa also worked as the Coordinator for Qualification Management and Global Consultant Network from January 2016 to August 2018, and as a Project Assistant from November 2013 to April 2014.

Theresa's earlier work experience includes roles as an intern at Executive Events Kerala in 2011, LeMeridien Resort & Convention Center in 2011, and Hotel Atlas in 2010. Theresa also worked as an Event Organizer for the European Mise en Place Cup from September 2010 to January 2011. Additionally, they volunteered at Fundación Comparte from January 2009 to May 2009 and interned at Meridiano6 Information Solution S.L. as a Market Research intern from March 2007 to April 2007.

Theresa Kindler attended Saxion Hogeschool Deventer in the Netherlands from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Tourism Management. In 2012, they participated in an exchange program at Universidad de Palermo, focusing on International Relations and Languages. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they completed their Abitur (A - Level) at Wirtschaftsgymnasium Kuniberg, specializing in Business Administration and Economics. In 2004, they also participated in a High School Exchange Program at Dixie Heights High School. Theresa Kindler holds additional certifications, including a KMK- Foreign Language Certificate in English and Spanish (for economics and administration) and an MPI - Global Certificate in Meetings and Business Events II obtained from Meeting Professionals International (MPI).
