Robin Ritchey-Roy, MA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Advancement & Marketing at Incarnate Word Academy High School, a role undertaken since November 2022, focusing on philanthropic support and enrollment strategies. Additionally, Robin instructs corporate services at Del Mar College, facilitating professional development in key leadership areas. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director at the Calallen Education Foundation, where strategic planning and team development were primary responsibilities, and directing the Emerging Professionals Internship Program at Education to Employment Partners. With an extensive background in organizational consulting, training, and education, Robin has held various leadership roles across multiple organizations, including significant positions at NAS Recruitment Innovation and Nationwide Advertising Service, as well as serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Robin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Kent State University.
