Sparsh Bansal

Sparsh Bansal is a seasoned professional in production and demand planning, currently serving as a Production Planner at Del Monte Foods Private Limited since December 2024. Previously, Sparsh worked as a Demand Supply Planner at Sleepy Owl Coffee, focusing on demand planning and running sales and operations planning meetings. In a prior role as Deputy Manager at VAHDAM® India, significant cost reductions were achieved in inventory holding by onboarding a new third-party logistics warehouse. Sparsh has also held positions as an Assistant Manager and Business Analyst at ZS and VAHDAM® India, where contributions included improving supply chain efficiency and analytical reporting. Earlier experience includes working as an Analyst at Spare Care Solutions and as a Research Analyst at the Indian Institute of Public Administration. Sparsh holds a BSc(Hons) in Mathematics from Hindu College, Delhi University and is pursuing further education with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
