Grace Banawa-Dimaculangan

Grace Banawa-Dimaculangan is an accomplished food scientist with extensive experience in research and development within the food industry. Currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Del Monte Philippines since March 2023, Grace previously held the position of Product Development Specialist at San Miguel Corporation from November 2011 to September 2022, where notable contributions included innovation support, process control establishment, and FDA compliance management. Earlier roles as a Research and Development Specialist at Flavorcrest International Corporation and a Product Development Assistant at Mead Johnson Nutrition involved hands-on technical expertise, product formulation, and laboratory management.
