Sonia Aguilar Valencia serves as a Condominium Portfolio Manager at DEL Property Management Inc. since December 2018, managing the Eagle Ridge community in Mississauga and previously overseeing the luxury Aquavista project in Toronto. Prior experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant to City Councillor Frances Nunziata, contributing to the successful 2018 municipal election campaign, and various roles in the aquatics sector and property management, including as a Property Coordinator at Precision Property Management Inc. and Property Coordinator at Homestarts Incorporated. Sonia holds a General License in Condominium Management from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and English from the University of Toronto.
