Matheus Cordeiro has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matheus started their career at BASF as a Global Laboratory Intern, where they analyzed experiment and test results and created electronic spreadsheets to streamline report generation.
Matheus then joined DuPont as a Marketing Specialist, where they planned and redesigned the TLA process for different countries in Latin America, reducing the completion time from 6 months to 1 month. Later, as a Strategic Marketing LATAM, they developed a playbook that generated 40% more leads and received recognition for their contributions.
After DuPont, Matheus worked at Cal Poly Pomona Center for Customer Insights and Digital Marketing (CCIDM). Matheus first served as the Customer Analytics Group Lead, conducting workshops and supporting the DWV Certificate Program. Matheus then transitioned into the role of Junior Data Scientist, where they created assignments, graded them, and provided guidance to students.
Currently, Matheus is a Business System Analyst at Del Real Foods. Matheus'sresponsibilities include enhancing business system processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools, leading fit/gap analysis meetings with stakeholders, and providing root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
Throughout their career, Matheus has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Matheus Cordeiro has an education history that includes a Master's degree in Business Analytics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2015 to 2020. During their undergraduate studies, Matheus also undertook a Scientific Initiation Project in Pharmacology at USP from 2016 to 2018.

Del Real was founded in 2002 by the Cardenas Family, who are first generation Mexican-Americans with a passion for authentic Mexican cuisine. Deeply rooted in traditional family and cultural recipes, Del Real manufactures a variety of heat-and-serve Hispanic food products, including value-added proteins such as Carnitas and Barbacoa, rice and beandishes, and staples such as tamales and salsas. The company produces its products using natural ingredients without preservatives, and in small batches that mimic traditional cooking methods. Del Real's freshly-packed products can be found in the refrigerated foods' section, delivering authentic flavor and quality in a convenient heat-and-serve format to the customer.
