Sean Selman

Sean Selman has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Sean is currently serving as the SVP of Supply Chain and Operations at Del Real Foods since May 2021. Prior to this role, Sean held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain and Information Technology at Nellson Nutraceutical from November 2015 to May 2021.

Before Nellson Nutraceutical, Sean worked at Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc., where they held various roles including Director of ERP Systems, ERP Systems Manager, and Manager of Application Systems Development from April 2013 to November 2015, January 2005 to April 2013, and October 1999 to January 2005, respectively. In these roles, they successfully implemented the company's long-range ERP strategy, managed system migrations, and oversaw all ERP system-related activities.

Sean's work experience also includes a position as a Communications-Computer Systems Controller in the United States Air Force from August 1995 to August 2001. Additionally, they worked as an Application Developer/Consultant at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. from April 1998 to October 1999 and as an Application Developer at Stellar Systems Inc. from February 1997 to April 1998.

Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated a track record of delivering projects on time and under budget, utilizing internal resources whenever possible. Sean has expertise in ERP systems, application development, and system migration, and has maintained excellent client relations through timely completion and high-quality project execution.

Sean Selman attended Illinois Central College from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Afterwards, they continued their education at Illinois State University from 1999 to 2000, earning a BS degree in Computer Science.
