Stephen J. Del Sole

Stephen Del Sole is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in commercial disputes, particularly in contract claims and shareholder disputes. Currently serving at Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC since April 2003, Stephen Del Sole has a proven track record of successfully prosecuting claims on behalf of employee stock ownership plans against former officers. Prior to this role, Stephen Del Sole was a partner at Reed Smith LLP from 1998 to 2003. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Penn State University.
