Jamie Eden

Jamie Eden has a strong background in operations management, with experience in the fast food industry. From January 2018 to present, Jamie worked as the Director of Operations at Del Taco Restaurants Inc. Prior to that, from October 2015 to January 2018, Jamie served as a Franchise Business Consultant for the same company. From January 2011 to October 2015, Jamie worked as an Area Director at Del Taco. Before joining Del Taco, Jamie worked at Mancha Development, starting as a District Manager from December 1999 to December 2006, and then becoming the Director of Operations from December 2006 to January 2011.

Jamie Eden attended Platt College from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Paralegal. Prior to that, Jamie attended Riverside Christian High from 1980 to 1984, but did not earn a degree.
